When my best friend informed me of a online shopping store for wedding accessories and supplies that could save us a little on the wedding expenses, I thought I’d give it a try. She was right, they had everything from wedding invitations to wedding favors and none of it was really expensive. I was surprised at all the great supplies and accessories they carry, as well as so many styles of wedding accessories for both ceremonies and receptions. Naturally, after getting a look at their inventory, I made the decision to order all my needed wedding supplies and decorations at their online store.
December was the month we planned on for our wedding date and I was determined to have a winter wonderland wedding, and with all the accessories they have to offer, I knew I’d have everything I needed to make it work. First I ordered winter wonderland wedding bulletins to use as our wedding invitations. While I was browsing through the flower basket and ring pillow selection, I discovered a great deal on a five piece set with a wedding guest book and pen, wedding garter and the flower girl basket and ring pillow. I thought it would cost a lot more than it did for the matching five piece set. I was reading up on wedding ceremonies and that since throwing petals as the bride and groom leave the church may not be exceptable in many churches and couples are substituting bubbles in place of petals. So I ordered bottles of bubbles from this online shopping site I’m using and they also send you little bubble cards for each bottle.
The lovely accessories I ordered were unbelievable. I was able to find gifts for not only my bridesmaids, flower girl and ring boy, but there were really nice groomsmen gifts as well. My fiance was happy that they had so many cool best groomsmen gifts ideas for him to choose from. They even had a cheap groomsman gift selection that were more than reasonably priced.The groomsman favors of his choosing were glass mugs that had the word groomsman printed on the mug. Now we had all we needed as far as the gifts for our wedding party, and it was time to concentrate on thank you gifts for our guests. There were an awful lot of winter wonderland wedding favors to choose from for our reception. I decided on these really beautiful winter frosted glass votive candles for our friends and family as their thank you gifts. They each had little silver snowflakes as decoration. They each came in their own little favor box with a silver hang tag.
I also bought place card holders that look like snowy tree ornaments that can be used as an extra little favor for our guests. There was so much for a beautiful winter wonderland themed wedding, like our cake server set, our champagne flutes and even our funny wedding cake topper. Since the cake topper I chose was one with the bride and groom on skis, I decided to make it look authentic by having the baker design the top layer of our cake as a mountain of snow. Our wedding cake was confection perfection and I wanted as many pictures of it as I could get for our beautiful winter wedding album. Right after we took care of the cake cutting, and my brother in law toasted us, we stepped out on the dance floor for our first dance together as husband and wife. With all eyes on us as we danced, I felt as magical as a princess in a fairy tale.
Everyone was having a fantastic time and this reception was perfection from beginning to end. All of my girls in the wedding party loved their thank you gifts as did the guys and their wedding groomsmen gifts. Some of our friends and family expressed how much they really liked the thank you gifts they received and told us what a spectacular wedding and reception we had.
